These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the webshop www.kodo-studio.nl. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

All descriptions, images, and specifications on the website are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations may occur.

4. prices and payment

• All prices include VAT (where applicable).
  
  
• Payment methods available are those offered via Shopify Payments.
  
  
• In case of incorrect price listings, KŌDŌ Studio reserves the right to adjust the order accordingly.
  
  

5. shipping and delivery

• Orders are shipped via PostNL within the Netherlands and Europe.
  
  
• Delivery times stated are indicative and may vary.
  
  
• The risk of damage and/or loss of products transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.
  
  

6. right of withdrawal (returns)

• Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  
  
• For reasons of health and safety, food products (such as matcha) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
  
  
• Non-food items (e.g. tools) may be returned if unused and in their original state and packaging.
  
  
• Return requests can be sent to info@kodo-studio.nl or via the contact form on the website. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  
  

7. complaints

Suggestions, complaints and other requests can be submitted by email (info@kodo-studio.nl) or via the website contact form. KŌDŌ Studio aims to respond within 14 days.

8. liability and warranty

• Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
  
  
• KŌDŌ Studio is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.
  
  
• Legal warranty applies: products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
  
  

9. force majeure

KŌDŌ Studio shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. strikes, transport issues, natural disasters).

11. governing law

All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
